A unique technical monument, the last one in the world to measure Babylonian and old Bohemian time to this very day. It shows the movements of the heavenly bodies and speaks to use with the symbolism of the Middle Ages. Several times over the course of its history it “escaped just in time”, but somebody was always found who was able to revive the complicated mechanism and thus save this unique technical monument for the next generation.
