Welcome to our original shepherd Landscape of a castle in the picturesque surroundings of the beautiful countryside of the lower Liptov . Salas was based on farming 1000 sheep in 1983 and we have preserved its original character and time-proven tradition Mountain.
You too can be part of this unique atmosphere of the old shepherds and herdsmen, as you can see close-up sheep farming, including grazing, milking and processing of sheep milk using traditional hand methods. Pasteurization or do not use any preservatives , which is nowadays very rare.
