This underground complex was built under the Projekt Riese by Nazi Germany between 1943 and 1945. There were in total 7 different underground complexes constructed within the Owl Mountains (Góry Sowie) to shelter military facilities.This complex has a total surface of 10,700 m2 and 30 % is flooded.
"Włodarz" is currently open to the public.
