The philosophy of our brewery is to brew good and honest beers according to established style categories, but at the same time we are not afraid to experiment and bring our own ideas. While cooking, we adhere to classical production processes, but supplemented with our own know-how and using modern technologies. Our beers are brewed from selected high-quality ingredients from around the world, adhering to strict hygiene standards and delivered to the consumer without pasteurization.
