The famous pub opened in 1934, a native of nearby Nezabudice, Jaroslav Franek, who was in World War II intelligence officer on the Russian front. After the German occupation helped odbojářům Franek and concealed weapons. Eventually it turned out the Gestapo and 1 July 1943 in a Berlin prison he Plötzensee executed. Thanks to Paul Otto from the pub has become almost a cult instead of tourists of all kind.
