another species has been added to the new walk-through aviary La Pampa in the Ostrava Zoological Garden and Botanical Park - the green cardinal. However, this strikingly colored representative of songbirds is not unknown to zoo visitors, since 2008 it has been kept in one of the parrot aviaries. Now it can also be seen in La Pampa, where it is the rarest resident.
